Refund Policy

Thank you for booking with Yala Prime Taxi. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best transportation experience possible. If, for any reason, you need to cancel a booking or request a refund, we are here to help.
Cancellations
We accept cancellations before the scheduled pickup time. To be eligible for a full refund, your cancellation must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Refunds
Once we receive your cancellation request, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your cancellation is approved according to our policy, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Please note that the refund amount will exclude any transaction or payment gateway charges incurred during the initial purchase.
Rescheduling (Exchanges)
If you would like to reschedule your ride or change your destination, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the rescheduling based on vehicle availability and rate differences.
Non-Refundable Situations
Certain situations are non-refundable. These include:
- No-shows at the scheduled pickup location
- Cancellations made within 2 hours of the pickup time
- Services already rendered
- Delays caused by passenger actions during the trip
Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we approve your cancellation or refund request. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider and bank processing times.
